How to climb and keep your tier
Deposit and turnover together
Both conditions are checked, and the lower one decides your level. Deposit RM30,000 but accumulate only 120,000 in turnover and you are still Bronze, because Silver wants 300,000. The reverse holds as well: heavy turnover on a small bankroll will not promote you until deposits reach the tier figure.
Turnover is the sum of qualifying stakes, so a balance played through several times counts several times. Draws, both-side bets, void bets and prices under 0.50 Malay or Hong Kong do not count at all. Daily cash rebate
The daily cash rebate is the one reward on the list with no turnover condition attached. It is calculated on your play, credited once a day, and paid from RM1 upwards with no ceiling on the total. Withdrawal still follows the account minimum of RM50, so small daily amounts accumulate until they clear that line.

Keep in mind

Rescue works on the week, not the day. The qualifying period runs Sunday to Saturday, the nett loss across that week has to reach RM10,000, and the payout is 5% of the loss up to your tier cap: RM88 at Normal, RM888 at Bronze, RM1,688 at Silver, RM2,888 at Gold, RM3,888 at Platinum and RM8,888 at Diamond.
Payment follows after 1 PM on Sunday, once a week, across all games. Customer service contacts the member before crediting it, so expect a conversation rather than a silent top-up. Two conditions matter here: a nett loss of RM9,000 returns nothing at all, and the bonus carries 5x turnover on the bonus amount. Rescue also cannot be combined with another promotion in the same period.
Birthday month and seasonal extras
U88 birthday bonus
The birthday bonus is paid once a year, during your birthday month, with no deposit required. The amount matches the upgrade bonus of your tier: RM38 at Bronze, RM168 at Silver, RM688 at Gold, RM1,688 at Platinum and RM2,888 at Diamond.
It is not automatic, because each tier sets a turnover threshold over the three months before the claim:

A dormant Bronze account therefore reaches its birthday month with nothing to claim. If you want the bonus, the volume has to be there in the quarter leading up to it.
