This notice explains how this site handles information when you read it. It covers this guide only. It is not U88’s privacy policy, and it does not describe how U88 handles the details you give when you register or deposit there.
1. What this site is
This is an independent guide to U88 for readers in Malaysia. It publishes articles, tables and calculators about U88’s products, promotions, turnover rules and VIP tiers. It is not U88, it is not operated by U88, and it holds no accounts, wallets, balances or bonuses.
There is nothing here to sign in to. The site has no member area, no registration, no login, no newsletter sign-up, no contact form and no comment section. Because none of those exist, the site never asks you for a name, a phone number, a bank detail or a document, and there is no place on these pages where you could submit one.
2. What is collected
When any browser opens a page on the internet, the server that sends the page records a short technical entry about the request. This site is no different. Those server logs can include an IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the response status, the browser and operating system reported by your device, and the referring page if your browser sends one.
These entries exist so the site can be delivered correctly and kept available. They are used to see that pages load, to find broken links and errors, and to deal with abuse such as automated scraping or attempts to overload the server. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not combined with anything else, and they are not sold or rented to anyone.
No personal data is collected beyond those short-lived technical entries.
3. Cookies

4. Calculators
The turnover calculator and the VIP ladder calculator run entirely in your browser. The deposit figures, turnover amounts or tier values you type stay on your device, so nothing you enter is sent to this site, stored on a server or shared.
Close the page and those figures are gone. There is no saved history of what you worked out.
5. Outbound links
Buttons and links marked as going to U88 pass through an internal redirect path on this site before your browser continues to U88. The redirect exists to keep one destination in one place, so it is easier to maintain.
Once you arrive at U88, you are on a site this guide does not control. U88’s own privacy terms and its own data handling apply from that point, including anything you do in its registration form, its cashier or its Live Chat. The same is true of any other external site referenced in an article. If you plan to enter login or payment details anywhere, check the address in your browser’s address bar first, and ask U88’s Live Chat if a page looks unfamiliar.
6. Service providers
Delivering a website needs infrastructure, and that infrastructure necessarily sees request data. Hosting and a content delivery network process IP addresses and request details so pages reach your device and so the site stays protected against abuse. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers and Google receives the technical details of that request.
These providers process data to deliver and secure the site, not to profile readers on behalf of this guide.
7. Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period for availability and security purposes, then discarded in the ordinary course of server housekeeping. Nothing from them is copied into a longer-term record, because there is no reader database here to copy it into.
8. Your rights
Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act gives individuals rights over personal data held about them, including rights of access and correction. Those rights apply to organisations that hold personal data.
This site collects no personal data beyond short-lived server logs. There is no account, no mailing list and no stored profile tied to you, so there is nothing here to retrieve, correct or delete on request. Any personal data you have given to U88 itself, or to a payment provider, is held by them and is subject to their terms and their procedures.
9. Children
Online gambling is for adults. U88’s own pages carry an 18+ marking, and this guide is written for adults who are legally old enough to gamble where they live. The content here is not directed at children, and nothing on these pages is designed to collect information from them.
10. Changes to this notice
This notice may be revised when the site changes, for example if a page, a tool or a service provider changes. The version published here is the one that applies. If you disagree with it, the simplest step is to stop using the site.
